Tenere’s 130,000-square-foot full service plastic injection molding facility in Westminster, Colorado houses our entire plastics operation: DFM engineering, tool design and build, injection molding manufacturing, assembly, finishing, painting, and fulfillment. You are assigned a dedicated team of experts who serve as your single point of contact throughout the product lifecycle, assisting with initial parts discussions and production launch to ensure we can meet your high quality and lead-time expectations.

We have been an injection molding manufacturer for over 40 years and have the expertise to ensure your product will launch without delay. Our early engineering involvement allows us to mitigate product design issues and costs during the NPI process while decreasing time to market.

Plastic Injection Molding Process

HOW IT WORKS

Plastic injection molding is the process of injecting molten plastic material into the mold cavity of a metal tool which then cools and ejects a plastic part from the machine. The majority of plastic products we see and use every day are made using this manufacturing process.
